Project Manager – Financial Services

About the role

The Solutions Project Manager will oversee delivery and support of projects within Isio's Transformation programme, working from the Birmingham city centre office in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver workstreams on time, within scope and budget using Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Manage the full project life‑cycle: set‑up, planning, progress reporting, stakeholder liaison, project control and close.
• Run daily stand‑ups, identify blockers and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Maintain detailed project plans in JIRA, track milestones, manage scope and mitigate risks.
• Handle budget tracking to ensure projects stay within approved financial limits.
• Document, measure and report key processes regularly.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience within Financial Services.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams and vendor tasks.
• Strong stakeholder mapping and communication skills.
• Experience in risk and issue identification, escalation and mitigation.
