Project Manager / PMO (Permanent)

About the role

ContextCollective.work is building an AI‑powered sourcing platform for recruiters. As the company scales, it needs a Project Manager / PMO to drive strategic initiatives, ensure cross‑functional alignment, and deliver impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for product launches, integrations, and internal tools.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate product, engineering, data and growth teams to keep projects on track.
• Track progress, identify risks and proactively remove blockers.
• Implement and continuously improve project‑management processes and frameworks.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives and stakeholder updates.
• Maintain clear documentation, roadmaps and reporting dashboards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex projects in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to communicate clearly and align multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Project management tools such as Jira, Notion or Asana.
• Collaboration tools like Slack and Google Workspace.
• Agile, Scrum and Kanban practices.
