Project Manager – SaaS Student Residences System

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new SaaS Student Residences System for a higher‑education client. The role is hybrid, based in London, and will drive a complex transformation programme across multiple sites and international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the SaaS implementation, owning project plans, timelines and milestones.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies and issues in a fast‑paced environment.
• Coordinate delivery with cross‑functional teams across the UK, Europe and North America.
• Engage, influence and manage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decisions.
• Work closely with third‑party vendors to deliver the required IT solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience within Higher Education environments.
• Recognised project‑management or Agile certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, SAFe Scrum Master).
• Strong experience working within SAFe and Agile frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience using Azure DevOps.
• Servant‑leader mindset with the ability to coach Agile teams and facilitate ceremonies.
