Project Manager – ServiceNow Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale ServiceNow transformation and migration programmes across complex enterprise environments. You will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions that modernise processes, optimise workflows and align with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of ServiceNow transformation programmes, including platform migrations and process re‑engineering.
• Drive implementation and optimisation of ServiceNow modules such as SAM Pro, HAM Pro, IRM and GRC.
• Oversee migration from legacy and custom systems into modern ServiceNow environments.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and inter‑dependencies.
• Ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with business strategy and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and stakeholders to design scalable, future‑ready solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise cloud, asset management and security platforms.
• Lead governance, quality assurance and delivery standards across the programme.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to track transformation success and ROI.
• Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, process definition and solution alignment.
• Engage senior leadership and business sponsors, support change management and user adoption.
• Manage vendors, system integrators and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale ServiceNow transformation or migration programmes.
• Strong background in managing complex, cross‑functional projects within enterprise environments.
• Ability to align technical solutions with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
