Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ-2 Years PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with up to two years post‑qualification experience to join a leading Legal 500 firm in Central London. You will work closely with two partners who specialise in landlord representation and a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Represent landlords in landlord & tenant disputes.
• Handle service change and development litigation matters.
• Advise on party wall and boundary disputes.
• Draft pleadings, statements of case and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, mediations and client meetings.
• Conduct legal research and keep up to date with property law developments.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with NQ status and up to two years PQE.
• Strong interest in property law and litigation.
• Ability to meet a 5.5 billable‑hour daily target while maintaining work‑life balance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of landlord & tenant law.
• Understanding of service change, development and party wall legislation.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and case preparation.
