About the role

This is a senior partnership opportunity within a top‑100 UK law firm, leading its Property Disputes practice in London. The successful candidate will shape the strategic direction of the team while handling high‑value commercial property litigation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the London Property Disputes practice in line with firm objectives.
• Manage a complex caseload of commercial property disputes, providing commercially focused advice.
• Lead business‑development initiatives and nurture existing client and referrer relationships.
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior lawyers and support staff.
• Contribute to the department’s strategic planning and cross‑practice collaboration.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE in commercial property litigation.
• Proven track record of generating new business and maintaining a client following.
• Strong client‑management abilities and commercial acumen.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing legal teams.
