Property Manager

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed‑use properties, ensuring high service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular property inspections, oversee maintenance, and enforce Health & Safety regulations.
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets, liaise with clients on financial matters and support annual accounts preparation.
• Maintain appropriate insurance cover for developments and handle insurance claims.
• Organise and attend AGMs, EGMs and residents' meetings, preparing and circulating documentation.
• Handle leaseholder correspondence, statutory consultations and ensure compliance with lease terms and housing legislation.
• Investigate lease breaches, work with solicitors and enforce lease terms where necessary.
• Appoint, supervise and manage contractors, ensuring Health & Safety and insurance compliance.
• Respond to complaints professionally, assist with resolution and maintain high customer‑service standards.

Required profile

• Some experience in the property sector with an understanding of property management.
• Ability to commute to the Liverpool office.
• Experience in leasehold or block management is advantageous but not essential.

What we offer

• Salary up to £35,000 per year plus a £3,600 car allowance.
• Company‑funded TPI qualification (formerly IRPM) with a significant pay rise upon completion.
