Property Solicitor – Hybrid, £37k

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Property Solicitor to join a well‑established Cardiff law firm. The role offers a hybrid working model with three days remote and two days in the office, allowing you to manage a varied caseload of residential, commercial and buy‑to‑let transactions while developing your legal expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of property transactions, including sales, purchases and lettings.
• Provide end‑to‑end client service, from initial advice through to completion.
• Draft and review contracts, leases and related legal documents.
• Liaise with senior colleagues, clients and third‑party professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate case records and comply with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor with a law degree and appropriate practising certificates.
• Experience in residential, commercial and/or buy‑to‑let property law.
• Excellent communication and client‑care abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and the capacity to handle a busy caseload.
• Proactive, independent yet collaborative working style.
