About the role
Here at Prospero Teaching we partner with local councils to provide tuition for looked‑after children and students with EHCPs. We are seeking passionate, qualified tutors who can make a difference in young people’s GCSE outcomes while enjoying flexible scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 tuition in Functional Skills, Maths and/or English, tailored to each learner’s ability and profile.
- Adapt lessons for a range of SEN needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, global development delay and communication difficulties.
- Maintain safeguarding standards and complete all required vetting checks.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher with a recognised teaching qualification.
- Enthusiastic about supporting learners to achieve their GCSE targets.
- Available for flexible sessions – mornings, afternoons or evenings.
