Quality Engineer – Automotive Manufacturing (Contract)

About the role
We are seeking experienced, hands‑on Quality Engineers to support a leading automotive manufacturer in Birmingham on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support PFMEA activities.
- Prepare and manage PPAP submissions, including engineering changes.
- Develop, implement and improve quality processes and procedures to support New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout product development and manufacturing.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer within the automotive industry.
- Strong working knowledge of PFMEA, PPAP and NPI quality processes.
- Hands‑on approach to problem solving.
