Quality Manager – Project Quality Lead

About the role

Indra is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure that its UK projects meet the highest standards of quality, compliance and performance. Working closely with the Project Manager, Standards Compliance Manager, Risk Manager and Training Manager, you will align project activities with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive QMS documentation (manual, processes, procedures, controls) in line with contractual requirements, ISO 9001 and other applicable standards such as ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO 27001 and ISO 31000.
• Create and implement a Project Quality Plan and a Quality Audit Schedule to guarantee effective QMS deployment.
• Analyse non‑conformances and complaints, identify trends and root causes, and report findings to senior management to drive preventative actions.
• Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary Quality Team comprising quality engineers, inspectors and auditors.
• Collaborate with service delivery functions and project stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment with organisational policies and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within technology or consulting projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards (ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 31000).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop cross‑functional quality teams.
• Excellent analytical skills for root‑cause analysis and trend reporting.
