About the role
This position offers hands‑on exposure across the full real‑estate investment lifecycle within a leading global asset manager. You will work on underwriting, execution and scaling of platform companies while contributing to asset‑management and sector research.
Key responsibilities
- Underwrite and execute real‑estate investment opportunities.
- Build detailed financial models and support investment‑committee (IC) processes.
- Assist in the growth and scaling of operating‑partner platforms.
- Participate actively in asset‑management activities.
- Contribute to sector‑specific research and market analysis.
Required profile
- Experience in real‑estate investing or investment banking.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long‑term value creation.
