Community Manager – Multifamily Residential

About the role

We are hiring a Community Manager for a multifamily residential community in Luton. The role leads an autonomous business unit, taking overall responsibility for operations, team members, daily activities, and property resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Acts as a role model and demonstrates core values.
• Leads the team to create positive resident experiences.
• Partners with marketing to shape leasing strategies and achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manages financial performance, prepares budgets and forecasts, and conducts P&L reviews.
• Ensures compliance with regulations, health and safety, and company policies.
• Oversees tenancy management, including inspections, evictions, and fee collection.
• Coordinates maintenance and refurbishments, ensuring timely communication and quality standards.

Required profile

• Good general education and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience driving leasing performance and managing property operations.
• Proven team leadership with a track record of service excellence.
• Knowledge of UK landlord/tenant legislation and health & safety policies (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred).
• Strong organisational, communication and numerical skills.
