About the role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Solicitor with at least one year of post‑qualification experience to join our growing commercial property team in Manchester’s Spinningfields district. You will work on a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters while receiving mentorship from senior lawyers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
• Handle commercial development transactions and land assembly projects.
• Advise on landlord and tenant matters, including commercial leases.
• Support property finance transactions and portfolio management.
• Provide general commercial real‑estate advice to a broad client base.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• 1‑3 years PQE in Real Estate or Commercial Property.
• Experience handling commercial property transactions under supervision.
• Strong communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach.
• Ambition to develop a long‑term career within a growing team.
