Receptionist – 16 hrs/week in London

About the role

AIRE, award‑winning London spa, is seeking a friendly and courteous Receptionist to manage the front desk for 16 hours per week. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and escort guests to their rooms.
• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly.
• Address guest questions, complaints and provide information.
• Offer amenities during waiting periods.
• Create sales opportunities by promoting and upselling services.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the hospitality or spa industry.
• Professional level of English.
• Customer‑oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
