Recovery Navigator

About the role

The Recovery Navigator will support individuals in south Birmingham on their mental health recovery journey. Working within Creative Support’s person‑centred model, you will develop recovery plans, deliver structured therapeutic activities and help service users achieve greater social inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of service users and co‑create individual recovery plans.
• Coordinate and deliver structured courses, mental health management, psycho‑education and positive lifestyle sessions.
• Build trusting, therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Use a psychologically minded approach and work within the organisation’s Recovery Model.
• Update and adapt the timetable of activities every three months.

Required profile

• Person‑centred, motivated and hardworking individual.
• Commitment to improving the lives of people with mental health needs.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Experience delivering mental health management, psycho‑education or positive lifestyle sessions is desirable.
