Recruiter – Europe Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to support our hiring efforts across Europe. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and internal hiring managers to build talent pipelines, source high‑quality candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to address hiring needs across European markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Europe‑based positions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess fit against role criteria.
• Share shortlisted candidates with detailed notes and recommendations.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a professional candidate experience.
• Provide market mapping and talent insights for key European markets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment updates and candidate tracking.
• Represent the company positively in the market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with Europe‑focused hiring.
• Experience working in‑house or closely with internal TA/People teams.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of the European talent market.
• Organised, responsive and delivery‑focused.
• Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently.
