Recruitment Consultant – Embedded Electronics (Birmingham)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Embedded Electronics team in Birmingham. You will work in a high‑performing environment, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles while operating on a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the engineering sector.
• Interview, assess and match candidates to suitable roles.
• Negotiate offers and manage the end‑to‑end 360 recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve collective performance targets.
• Work on a hybrid model, based in the office and remotely as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, business development or B2B sales.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Motivation to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
