As our Referrals and Admissions Partner, you will play a pivotal role in guiding thoughtful and ethical placement decisions, ensuring every child's unique needs are met with care and precision.

Main Missions

• Manage the triage and comprehensive review of all incoming referrals.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of needs, risks, and suitability for placements.
• Ensure all decision-makers and carers receive complete, timely, and accurate information.
• Collaborate closely with local authorities, commissioners, social workers, and internal teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with child placement regulations and foster care standards.
• Monitor referral activity and analyze trends to optimize placement outcomes.
• Act as a professional advocate for the best interests of every child.

Profile Required

• Recognized qualification in Social Work or a closely related field.
• Solid professional experience within children's services or residential care.
• Proven ability to navigate complex situations and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust with diverse partners.
• Highly autonomous and capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
• Must pass necessary security clearances (Enhanced DBS, Access NI, or Disclosure Scotland).
