Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Learning Coach

About the role

Join a respected training provider in Manchester as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach. You will combine classroom delivery with on‑site visits, supporting apprentices through their Level 3 apprenticeship and helping them build lasting careers in the HVAC industry.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality coaching and training sessions, typically 4‑5 days a week, covering both theory and practical work.
• Support learners throughout their apprenticeship, ensuring milestones and targets are achieved.
• Manage a caseload of apprentices, monitoring progress and meeting deadlines.
• Provide constructive feedback to develop learner confidence and competence.
• Capture evidence for learning outcomes, Ofsted compliance and funding requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employers and learners.

Required profile

• Strong experience in the refrigeration and air‑conditioning sector.
• Background in industry and/or a training or education environment.
• Passion for sharing knowledge and supporting learner success.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage a varied workload independently.
