Regional Account Manager – North

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Account Manager for the North region to join a market‑leading foodservice distribution business. The role combines business development and account management, allowing you to grow the customer base while nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth across the North territory by introducing new products and winning new customers.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts, maximizing sales opportunities.
• Increase market share by developing new customer relationships in a high‑potential area.
• Manage a large geographical territory independently, ensuring coverage and timely service.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in foodservice, hospitality or catering supplies.
• Background in food packaging, catering disposables or foodservice distribution.
• Strong knowledge of the Midlands and Northern England market.
• Track record of winning new business while managing existing accounts.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Commercially minded with a results‑driven approach.

What we offer

• Salary between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum.
• Company car or allowance and performance‑based bonus.
