Regional Sales & Education Manager – UK & ROI

About the Role

Join Kendo Holdings, a premier beauty powerhouse and a subsidiary of the LVMH luxury group. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales & Education Manager to spearhead our commercial performance and educational excellence across the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Main Missions

• Commercial Leadership: Drive regional sales performance by analyzing data, productivity, and ROI; identify market opportunities and risks to implement effective action plans with store managers.
• Strategic Execution: Support and execute product launch calendars, promotional activities, and brand activations to maximize sell-through.
• Retail Excellence: Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and strict adherence to brand execution standards.
• Education & Artistry: Lead the regional training strategy, ensuring all teams are experts in product collections, service standards, sales techniques, and artistic excellence.
• Event Management: Plan and execute regional educational and event calendars, monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop field teams (Area Managers and Retail Education Managers) to foster leadership and high-level skill acquisition.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Content, and Artistry teams to tailor regional content needs.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in a regional sales or education leadership role within the luxury beauty or premium retail sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a trackiness for coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, transnational environment with high standards of craftsmanship.
• Excellent analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
