Relationship Banker

About the role

The Relationship Banker supports customers at a retail branch, handling everyday banking transactions while identifying opportunities to cross‑sell products and services. You will work under the direction of the Branch Manager, delivering excellent service and contributing to the branch’s sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine teller duties and other operational tasks in line with bank policies.
• Engage customers, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate banking products.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads, meeting weekly referral and sales targets.
• Enter and maintain accurate data for customers, referrals, and applicants using approved branch technology.
• Promote F.N.B. digital products during customer interactions.
• Adhere to all F.N.B. policies, procedures, risk‑management guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (minimum education).
• No prior experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to use a personal computer and job‑related software.
