Relationship Coordinator

About the role

The Relationship Coordinator will support Financial Consultants by managing their customer territories and booking high‑quality first appointments. Working in a hybrid setting, you will combine telephone prospecting with strategic scheduling to help grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange tailored first appointments, seminars, events and lunch‑and‑learn sessions for Financial Consultants.
• Conduct outbound customer contact using lead sources and book the required number of appointments in Outlook.
• Create business cases in the CRM system and send appointment confirmations to clients.
• Research and update customer data, ensuring Financial Consultants have accurate information.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with each Financial Consultant, managing their diaries in line with contractual agreements.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to overcome objections and think quickly.
• Excellent verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
• Negotiation, persuasion and relationship‑building experience.
• Willingness to work regular evenings as required.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented with a determined attitude.
• Commercial awareness of lead management.

What we offer

• Salary up to £24,480 per year, based on skills and experience.
