About the role
A fast‑growing financial services network is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to guide partner firms through onboarding and early‑stage integration. You will be the primary point of contact from the moment a firm joins, ensuring smooth transitions, quick issue resolution, and building trusted, long‑term relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the partner pipeline, keeping firms engaged and informed.
- Conduct relationship reviews, identify risks early, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Support growth initiatives and provide insights to leadership.
- Help shape network communications, events, and use technology/AI tools to enhance relationship management.
Required profile
- Confident communicator with gravitas.
- Experience in relationship management or business development within UK financial services.
- Ability to engage firm principals, advisers, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot growth opportunities.
- Highly organised, structured, and delivery‑focused.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital tools.
