About the role

A fast‑growing financial services network is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to guide partner firms through onboarding and early‑stage integration. You will be the primary point of contact from the moment a firm joins, ensuring smooth transitions, quick issue resolution, and building trusted, long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the partner pipeline, keeping firms engaged and informed.
• Conduct relationship reviews, identify risks early, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support growth initiatives and provide insights to leadership.
• Help shape network communications, events, and use technology/AI tools to enhance relationship management.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with gravitas.
• Experience in relationship management or business development within UK financial services.
• Ability to engage firm principals, advisers, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot growth opportunities.
• Highly organised, structured, and delivery‑focused.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital tools.
