Remote Accounting Specialist – US GAAP & French GAAP

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to work remotely on AI‑driven accounting projects. The role focuses on translating accounting workflows into structured tasks for AI systems and ensuring the accuracy and regulatory compliance of AI‑generated outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Convert accounting processes into clear, machine‑readable tasks for AI models.
• Evaluate AI‑generated financial outputs for logical consistency, accuracy, and compliance with US GAAP and French GAAP.
• Support use cases such as financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and corporate accounting.
• Identify gaps, edge cases, and inconsistencies in AI reasoning and document findings.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve AI model performance and domain understanding.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience (8+ years preferred).
• Recent hands‑on experience as a CPA, Tax Accountant, Internal Auditor, or Regulatory Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP; familiarity with French GAAP is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to assess nuanced financial scenarios.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
