Remote Medicine Physician for AI Model Fine‑Tuning

About the role

We are seeking an experienced internal or emergency medicine physician to join our remote team and help improve large language models used in clinical settings. You will apply your diagnostic expertise to ensure AI outputs are accurate, empathetic, and safe for patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Design and solve advanced clinical scenarios covering acute, chronic, and preventive care.
• Evaluate AI‑generated responses for diagnostic accuracy, clinical judgment, and evidence‑based reasoning.
• Identify knowledge gaps across internal medicine subspecialties such as cardiology, endocrinology, and nephrology.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and medical peers to enhance model quality and reliability.
• Provide structured, expert feedback that guides the next generation of AI development for clinical and educational use.

Required profile

• MD, DO, or equivalent doctoral degree with active clinical practice within the last three years.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Comprehensive knowledge of acute care, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine.
• Ability to articulate complex medical reasoning in clear, patient‑friendly language.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Education from a top‑tier institution (e.g., Harvard, Stanford, UCSF, Oxford).

What we offer

• Contractual engagement of 20–40 hours per week (minimum 4 hours per day) with overlap in PST.
• Fully remote, collaborative environment.
