Remote Protection Advisor – High‑Quality Leads, No Cold Calling

About the role

This is a fully remote, permanent position as a Protection Advisor for a leading UK mortgage brokerage. You will receive warm, qualified referrals from experienced mortgage advisers, allowing you to focus on delivering expert protection advice without the need for cold calling or self‑generated leads.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional protection advice to mortgage clients.
• Recommend suitable protection solutions such as life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, mortgage protection and accident/sickness/unemployment cover.
• Prepare and submit protection applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow‑up on policy issuance.
• Collaborate with the brokerage’s administration and compliance teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Protection Advisor or Protection Broker.
• Ability to write 15‑20 protection cases per month, generating roughly £15,000 of business monthly.
• Strong knowledge of protection products and mortgage‑related insurance.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working from home.
