About the role

Join TELUS Digital’s AI Community as a Remote Quality Assurance Rater, evaluating search results and AI‑generated content in English for the United Kingdom. This flexible, part‑time freelance position lets you work from home while contributing to the improvement of leading search engines and AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Assess search results and AI‑generated answers for relevance, accuracy and usefulness.
• Conduct online research to verify information and support rating decisions.
• Apply rating guidelines consistently and document edge cases or guideline gaps.
• Provide clear written feedback and rationale for ratings when required.
• Participate in training, calibration sessions and ongoing quality reviews while meeting productivity targets.

Required profile

• Freelancer with excellent written English communication skills.
• Resident in the United Kingdom for the past five consecutive years.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and research abilities.
• Experience using web browsers, search engines and online research tools.
• Reliable broadband internet, smartphone and personal computer for daily work.

What we offer

• Hourly earnings of £17.40 per hour, paid for completed tasks.
