We are recruiting Residential Childcare & Young People's Support Workers to support vulnerable children and young people across the Morpeth area. You will provide high‑quality care and support within residential and community‑based settings, ensuring young people feel safe, valued and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Provide person‑centred support tailored to individual needs.
• Build positive, professional relationships with young people.
• Support daily routines, education and social activities.
• Encourage independence, life skills and personal development.
• Support emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour management.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Work collaboratively with families, schools and healthcare professionals.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people at all times.
