Residential Facilities Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties across West London. You will ensure that the homes are safe, well‑maintained and compliant with all relevant legislation while supporting the growth of a friendly, experienced property management team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day facilities operations for the residential portfolio, including cleaning, security and M&E maintenance.
• Monitor health and safety, statutory compliance and building‑safety legislation, keeping all requirements up to date.
• Work closely with contractors and service providers to meet agreed service levels and KPIs.
• Oversee compliance platforms and property‑management systems, handling planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
• Maintain accurate records, inspections and audit documentation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of residential property compliance and building‑safety legislation.
• Experience managing third‑party contractors and high‑risk buildings (HRBs).
• Familiarity with the Fire Safety (England) Regulations, the Golden Thread and the Building Safety Act.
• Relevant health‑and‑safety qualification (e.g., IOSH or NEBOSH) and membership of IWFM or RICS is advantageous.
