Resourcer – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role
The Resourcer will proactively identify, engage and qualify candidates for a range of vacancies, ensuring a strong pipeline for our consultants. You will act as the first point of contact, matching talent to client needs and supporting the recruitment lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with consultants to understand vacancy requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and market knowledge.
- Create and post job adverts across appropriate platforms.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future roles.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, experience, salary expectations and notice periods.
- Enter candidate information into the recruitment system and keep records up‑to‑date.
- Assist consultants with compliance checks and coordinate interview schedules.
Required profile
- Experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills.
- Proactive, target‑driven and ethically focused on quality and compliance.
