Responsible AI Lead – AI & Cloud Engineering

About the role

Exciting opportunity for a hands‑on Responsible AI Lead to join the Voice, Workforce Intelligence Lab. You will lead a cross‑functional team to build and evolve telephony and digital platforms, combining deep technical expertise with people leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategy and technical direction for agentic AI services, working closely with engineering, product and architecture teams.
• Lead, develop and coach multiple engineering teams, fostering a high‑performance and inclusive culture.
• Design and deliver AI agents using Vertex AI, Agent Builder, Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, CloudSQL, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Secret Manager and IAM.
• Ensure efficient delivery with quality through CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, performance testing, SRE practices and observability.
• Drive innovation, set engineering standards and influence the strategic direction of cutting‑edge AI solutions.
• Stay hands‑on when needed and grow engineering capability while operating in a regulated environment.

• Senior technical leader with proven people‑management experience.
• Experience delivering complex AI solutions in a regulated financial services context.
