Restaurant Supervisor – Fine Dining with French Wine Focus

About the role

Join Sloane as a Restaurant Supervisor and help deliver an exceptional dining experience in a unique Paris‑inspired setting. You will oversee your section, bring deep knowledge of French wines and menus, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service, food and wine presentation across the dining room.
• Open and close the restaurant, manage cash‑up, reporting and operational organisation.
• Conduct daily briefings, stock counts, rota updates and monitor both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager and fellow supervisors to drive guest satisfaction.
• Promote wine sales with authentic, passionate descriptions of French wines.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for French wine and fine‑dining service.
• Elevated service style with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong ability to sell and communicate food and wine knowledge.
• Team‑oriented mindset, able to work under pressure and support colleagues.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of French wines and menu items.
• Cash handling, stock management and rota planning.
• Effective briefing and communication skills.
