Retail Media Manager - Amazon PPC & DSP

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Media Manager to lead Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns for leading consumer brands. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on activation, helping clients navigate the fast‑moving e‑commerce landscape and achieve measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, activate and optimise retail media campaigns on Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Ads and DSP.
• Advise clients on growth opportunities and best practices across retail media channels.
• Manage campaign performance against agreed KPIs and budgets.
• Produce insightful reporting, post‑campaign analysis and attribution.
• Identify optimisation opportunities through testing, audience analysis and performance data.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on category trends and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Act as a trusted retail media expert for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail media, digital activation, performance marketing or e‑commerce media.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon Advertising products, including Sponsored Ads and DSP.
• Strong understanding of digital media planning, budgeting and campaign optimisation.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and present performance insights.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical capabilities.
