Retail Recruiter – EMEA (London)

About the role

Join Capri Holdings as a Retail Recruiter supporting the EMEA region from our London office. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for creative and operational retail roles, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment across retail functions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define role profiles and hiring strategies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Develop creative outreach tactics to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Support high‑volume hiring initiatives to meet business growth targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of proven experience sourcing and hiring passive candidates in a fast‑paced talent market.
• Experience recruiting for retail or corporate roles, preferably within the fashion/luxury sector.
• Strong influencing and collaboration skills across creative, operational and regional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑demand, fast‑moving environment.
