About the role

Join Dreams Ltd as a Retail Sales Assistant in Manchester, working 16 hours per week to deliver an exceptional in‑store experience. You will help customers find the perfect sleep solutions while representing a leading retailer in the bedding market.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, understanding their sleep needs.
• Guide shoppers through product ranges and recommend suitable mattresses using the Sleepmatch technology.
• Assist customers throughout the purchase journey, from initial enquiry to final sale.
• Maintain store presentation, including displays, housekeeping and stock organization.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering high‑quality service.

Required profile

• People‑first attitude with an engaging, positive personality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Motivated and determined, with a willingness to learn on the job.
• No prior sales experience required, but a strong customer‑service mindset is essential.
