As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales excellence and brand representation across the Glasgow-Stirling area.

Missions principales

• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing professional guidance and a positive shopping experience.
• Execute high-standard visual merchandising to optimize product presentation and drive sales performance.
• Lead and support the Retail Associates team, providing on-the-ground coaching and escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure strict adherence to operational processes and maintain a safe, organized working environment.
• Manage daily operations and scheduling via mobile digital tools.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to work within a team.
• Highly autonomous, organized, and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
• Must possess a valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle for multi-site travel.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable using mobile applications (Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+ required).
