Revit Technician (MEP) – Birmingham

About the role

We are seeking a Revit Technician (MEP) to join a well‑established multi‑disciplinary consultancy in Birmingham. The role supports the delivery of coordinated mechanical and electrical building services designs from concept through to construction, working within a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate 3D MEP models using Autodesk Revit.
• Create coordinated Mechanical and Electrical drawings throughout all project stages.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection with Revit and Navisworks.
• Work closely with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to develop integrated design solutions.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design clashes.
• Assist with model reviews, audits, and quality‑assurance procedures.
• Prepare drawings and models for design reviews, construction, and handover.

Required profile

• Experience producing BIM models for mechanical and electrical services.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
