Risk Manager – Enterprise Risk & Opportunity

About the role

We are looking for an inquisitive Risk and Opportunity Manager to join our PMO team supporting projects and bids throughout their lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing, communicating, reporting and monitoring risk changes, ensuring your work has a tangible impact on the business.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside ROM stakeholders to execute ROM processes and develop the ROM plan.
• Conduct risk identification workshops, assess impacts or potential benefits, and clarify accountabilities.
• Develop, track and close risk treatment actions, providing assurance to management on financial reporting reliability and risk monitoring quality.
• Ensure compliance with risk and opportunity rules, regulations and procedures.

Required profile

• Knowledge and experience of enterprise risk solutions and programme governance frameworks.
• Proven programme/project/risk management experience on complex technical projects, including scheduling and earned‑value analysis.
• Understanding of qualitative and quantitative risk analysis methods.
