Room Assistant

About the role

As a Room Assistant you will be part of the Village Hotel Club housekeeping team, ensuring every guest walks into a spotless, welcoming bedroom. You will help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that define our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, making beds, changing linens, and refreshing amenities.
• Check and straighten pillows, drawers, and furniture to ensure no detail is missed.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene while working quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
• Report any maintenance issues or guest requests promptly.
