Rota Nanny for UHNW Family in Richmond/Kensington, London

About the role

This permanent, full‑time position supports a ultra‑high‑net‑worth family based between Richmond and Kensington. The role operates on a one‑week on / one‑week off rota, with two nannies on duty at all times, providing continuity of care for children aged 8‑16.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on childcare, including daily routines, meals and bedtime support.
• Manage school runs, homework assistance and coordination with tutors.
• Plan and organise age‑appropriate activities, outings and travel logistics.
• Maintain children’s wardrobes, personal spaces and play areas in an orderly manner.
• Coordinate schedules, playdates, birthdays and appointments with parents, schools and household staff.
• Travel with the family during school holidays, handling packing and itinerary planning.
• Act as the primary point of contact between parents, educators and other caregivers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a rota nanny in UHNW households.
• Understanding of neurodiversity and varied learning styles.
• Up‑to‑date DBS check and paediatric first‑aid certification.
• Clean driving licence with a reliable vehicle.
• Professional, discreet and able to work independently within a team.
