RTA Litigation Executive – Manchester – Hybrid – up to £34k

About the role

This position is for an RTA Litigation Executive joining a market‑leading motor team in Manchester. You will manage a mixed Fast Track and Small Claims caseload, working for major insurers, TPAs, self‑insured organisations and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage litigated RTA Fast Track and Small Claims matters.
• Handle personal injury, credit hire and complex liability disputes.
• Conduct investigations into liability, quantum and evidence.
• Draft pleadings, correspondence and settlement documentation.
• Liaise with the MOJ and OIC portals, clients, opponents and third parties.
• Prepare files for hearings and progress cases efficiently.
• Support senior fee earners on more complex matters.

Required profile

• Experience managing a litigated RTA Fast Track and Small Claims caseload.
• Solid working knowledge of the MOJ and OIC portals.
• Experience handling Credit Hire claims.
• Good understanding of court procedures and the CPR.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail.
• Confident communicator with excellent client‑care skills.
