Sales Advisor – Immediate Start – Manchester

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our fast‑paced Manchester team with an immediate start. You will work with high‑quality leads, make outbound calls and book meetings that drive revenue from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to prospective clients and generate qualified sales meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, activities and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads provided by the data team and ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while delivering a professional customer experience.
• Participate in team competitions, training sessions and regular performance reviews.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with a strong phone presence.
• Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a competitive, target‑driven environment.
• Willingness to start immediately and work full‑time, Monday to Friday.
• Desire to progress quickly, with ambition for promotion within the first year.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM software.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
