Help customers feel at home and find the perfect bed for them. As a friendly bed expert you turn casual browsing into a confident purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs.
• Use Sleepmatch technology and product knowledge to recommend the right mattress.
• Offer friendly, expert advice and build trust throughout each visit.
• Keep the store looking fresh, tidy and inviting.

Required profile

• Warm, positive and naturally great with people.
• Confident listener and communicator.

• Supportive team player who helps make work fun and inclusive.
• Brilliant communicator who puts customers first.
• Flexible to work 38.5 hours per week across any day of a 7‑day trading week.
