Sales Assistant – Part‑time Retail Role

About the role

Join Superdrug as a Sales Assistant and become the friendly face of our health‑and‑beauty store in Speke. Working 12 hours a week with flexible shifts, you’ll help customers discover great products while developing retail expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a smile, promoting Star Buys and special offers.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked shop floor and ensure displays are attractive.
• Support the store in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Learn and, when trained, perform basic piercing services for customers.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

Required profile

• Positive mindset and clear communication skills.
• Passion for health, beauty and customer service.
• Eagerness to learn and improve product knowledge.
• Flexible availability for shifts between 7 am and midnight.
• Willingness to undertake training for piercing services.
