About the role
Help customers feel at home and find the perfect bed. As the friendly bed expert you’ll turn casual browsing into a discovery of the right mattress using Sleepmatch technology and product knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their needs.
- Recommend the right mattress using Sleepmatch technology and product knowledge.
- Provide friendly, expert advice and build trust throughout each visit.
- Maintain a fresh, tidy and inviting store environment.
Required profile
- Warm, positive and naturally great with people.
- Confident listener and communicator.
- Motivated to learn, grow and achieve targets.
- Supportive team player who helps make work fun and inclusive.
- Brilliant communicator who puts customers first.
- Available to work 38.5 hours per week with flexible shift availability across a 7‑day trading week.
