Sales Consultant

About the role

Join Molton Brown’s Bridgend store as a Sales Consultant, working 15 hours per week to share the brand’s luxury fragrance and body‑care experience with customers. You will be the face of the store, helping shoppers discover products that fit their lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the range of fragrances, bath, shower and home scent products.
• Support the store’s commercial and operational goals by achieving sales targets.
• Deliver a personalised, high‑quality customer experience on every visit.
• Maintain visual standards and assist with stock replenishment as needed.

Required profile

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong team‑player attitude.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willing to learn product knowledge and store procedures.
• No prior retail experience required.
