Engagement Manager – Commercial

About the role

Veeva is seeking an Engagement Manager for its Commercial Business Consulting practice. You will lead large‑scale, global engagements that help Life Sciences companies bring treatments to patients faster by transforming operating models with advanced technology, AI and data.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑million‑dollar projects across multiple regions.
• Build and nurture senior customer relationships, drive proposals and shape long‑term account strategy.
• Manage and inspire teams of four or more consultants across concurrent projects.
• Oversee project budgets of $1M+ and ensure commercial success.
• Contribute to brand‑building activities and develop internal intellectual property.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences consulting (business or management consulting preferred).
• Proven track record managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Deep expertise in Go‑to‑Market strategy, brand planning, product launch, omnichannel, segmentation and targeting.
• Highly analytical problem‑solver capable of influencing C‑suite stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
